Green Energy Smoothie Recipes
Kale is high in vitamin A.
Ingredients:
2 cups orange juice
1½ cups apple juice
1 cup kale, roughly chopped
2 bananas
Crushed ice
Directions: Combine orange juice, apple juice, kale, bananas, and crushed ice in a blender and blend at the highest speed until kale is thoroughly integrated into juice. Allow ingredients to settle and foam to rise to the top before serving. Pour into glasses filled with crushed ice.

RAW Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie
1/2 cup raw sweet potato (peel with a vegetable peeler first)
1/2 frozen banana
1 heaping tablespoon raw coconut flakes
6 ounces coconut water
1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
A small dash vanilla extract
A dash or two of cinnamon
A big dash or two of nutmeg
A big dash or two of ground ginger
If you like you can add: 2 medjool dates, pitted
Place items in blender and blend well and adjust spices to your taste.
Adding dates will make your smoothie thicker and sweeter. If you're avoiding excess sugar, this is delicious without either.

6 ounces coconut water
1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
A small dash vanilla extract
A dash or two of cinnamon
A big dash or two of nutmeg
A big dash or two of ground ginger

2 cups organic frozen corn (rinse in hot water to remove salt)
1 jalapeno pepper to taste
½ teaspoon himala salt
1 small clove of fresh garlic
1 cup water
Place items in blender, mix well
TOPPINGS
1 cup corn
1 cup red onion, fine diced
2 tablespoon red pepper
½ clove of fresh garlic, grated
Mix all items together and place into your corn chowder.
Add Avocado for thickness
1 jalapeno pepper to taste
½ teaspoon himala salt
1 small clove of fresh garlic
1 cup water
Place items in blender, mix well

1 cup red onion, fine diced
2 tablespoon red pepper
½ clove of fresh garlic, grated
